The agenda for the Applicant Orientation will include:
- Overview of the HUD CoC/YHDP Competition, including major changes
- Local Process and Timeline
- Local Applications and Scoring
- Question and Answer
Attendance at the session is highly recommended for representatives of any organization that is a:
- Current CoC grantee
- Current YHDP grantee
- Any non-CoC-funded agency interested in applying for CoC program funding, including nonprofit organizations, local governments, instrumentalities of local governments, public housing agencies, Native American tribal governments (federally recognized), and Native American tribal organizations (other than federally recognized).
The CoC encourages applications from organizations that have not previously received CoC Program funding. Faith-based organizations may apply on the same basis as any other organization.
