Youth and Lived-Expertise Action Board
Share your lived expertise to help end homelessness.
Join a collective of individuals with lived experiences of homelessness and use your voice to impact the housing system. Develop your leadership skills, create positive change and work with like-minded individuals to advocate for those currently experiencing homelessness.
We are looking for board members from different backgrounds and life experiences including people who identify as LGBTQ+ and people from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
For our Youth Lived Expertise Action Board, we are looking for committee members aged 18-24.
To join you must be:
- Current or previously experiencing homelessness
- Living in Santa Cruz County
- Aged 18 – 24 (Youth Lived Expertise Action Board ONLY)
- Passionate about community change
You will be compensated. $25/hour for a 20 hour monthly commitment.
